“The staff are reasonable but the management is really bad. They don’t care about fixing things in the room, yet when you leave they will find the smallest reason to try to charge you crazy prices for any damage (which is often just the fault of the bad condition of the place, leaking AC etc). Overall the vibe is that the management just don’t care or want to even try to make it nice by investing in repairs. They only want money. And talking of money, they are also very annoying on the day rent is due, sending many reminders to ask where the money is. I already transferred it in the morning, but it was taking 2 hours, by this time it’s only lunch time. If they don’t have the money by the end of the day then we get fined 200k so they make more money either way. That’s fine, let that be my responsibility, but don’t send me chasers every 1 hour. I’m a responsible adult, not a jobless teenage bum!”
